      Customers who have had a proper eye check and know they can tolerate contact lenses are welcome to buy from our site.
      U.S residents, please note that the American Food and Drug Administration (FDA) requires that all contact lenses (including both Plano and power) are sold only on the prescription of a licensed practitioner.
      Customers residing outside of the United States who order prescription lenses must also submit their contact lens prescription once a year when ordering.
      If you reside outside of the United States and do not require prescription lenses, you will still need to confirm that you have visited an Eye Care Specialist and he or she has approved your use of contact lenses.

    3. PRESCRIPTION QUESTIONS

      ● What if I don’t have my prescription?
      Not to worry. We can contact your eye care provider and get a copy for you. This can take up to one business day.
      
      
      ● What if I screw up entering all my prescription details?

      ● How do I place an order if I only wear a contact lens in one eye / if I wear the same prescription in both eyes and only want to order 1 item?

      ● Can you put colored contact lenses in water?
      Contact lenses should never be stored in plain water. Even distilled water can contain germs that pose a risk for infection. You should use a sterilized saline solution designed specifically for storing contact lenses.
      
      
      ● Can you swim with colored contact lenses?
      It is not a good idea to swim with contact lenses in, as you should keep your contacts out of contact with water as much as possible. The chemicals used in swimming pools can also leave behind residues on lenses that could irritate your eyes.
      
      
      ● How do colored contact lenses work?
      If you have perfect vision, light focuses on the light-sensing structure in your eye called the retina in exactly the right location. Contact lenses improve vision in near-sighted and far-sighted people by altering how light focuses on the retina when it passes through the eye. The lenses are kept in place by the natural tears that lubricate your eyes.
      ● How long do colored contact lenses last?
      Some daily-wear contacts can typically last for up to one year when cared for properly. Disposable contacts are worn for shorter lengths of time, such as one day, one week or one month. The packaging for disposable contact lenses will have an expiration date printed on them, and the lenses should be used before that date for best results.
      ● How long can you wear colored contact lenses?
      The length of time that you can safely wear contacts depends on their type. Most lenses should be removed prior to bed; however, extended-wear contacts can be worn continuously for a set length of time, usually for up to 30 days. Your eye doctor can provide you with specific advice regarding how long you can wear your lenses on a daily basis.
      ● How old do you have to be to wear colored contact lenses?
      There is no specific minimum age requirement for wearing contact lenses. As long as a child or teen can handle and care for contacts appropriately and a doctor prescribes the lenses, they can be worn safely. Most eye doctors recommend that kids start wearing contacts between 8 and 11 years of age.

      To cancel or amend your order, please via email at service@miomieyes.com. You’ll be able to cancel or amend your order up until the point of dispatch. However, after we’ve dispatched the items no changes can be made to your order.
      Successful cancellations will be refunded within 2-3 working days.
      If your items have already been dispatched and a cancellation is not possible, you’ll be able to exchange your order or request a refund as soon as it arrives.
      ● My order was damaged in transit?
      Feel Good Contacts will happily replace items damaged in transit should this occur. Please  send us an email at service@miomieyes.com. Include your order reference number in the body of the e-mail, this will help us deal with your query faster.
      ● What if I find defective or defective colored contact lenses?
      In case you receive a problem with the lens, please email us at service@miomieyes.com, please write the order number clearly and let us know the problem.
      Once we receive your contact lens problem, one of our customer service teams will contact you and they will briefly discuss the project with you.
      When the team confirms that your lens is faulty or defective, it will send you a replacement pod or pod. You don't have to pay for shipping.
      
      ● How long will my refund take to process?
      Once accepted, the refunded payment will take 3-5 working days to show up in your account.
